Monitoring and Learning

The process of monitoring has taken place through the direct involvement with the field. Two block level coordinators were involved in the distribution of material ensuring that the most- affected families were reached out to. The support from Oxfam has also been crucial in monitoring the process of distribution and the Promotion of Public Health and Hygiene.

At every distribution centre, a suggestion box was put up where people were invited to drop suggestions and any feedback of the distribution process. These were documented centrally and a team was formed to check the authenticity of the feedback, suggestions and complaints.
